Heaven's Amber Alert "Chili Pepper"

Chili was Betsy's pet Chihuahua and arm candy! That tiny girl charmed everyone into giving her attention and cookies by flashing those big brown eyes and wagging her tail! She loved to get dressed up and be the center of attention. Chili loved going to Top Dog and barking as people went by to make sure that they stopped by her crate to say hello. She put a smile on everyone's face and brightened their day!
